Production Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our production team in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read, understand, and perform all production duties in accordance with documented procedures and industry standards.
  • Work safely in line with company health and safety guidelines and local legislation.
  • Responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards within the relevant work areas.
  • Ensure product released for delivery meets company specifications.
  • Minimise product losses while performing operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Report and discuss any issues regarding the workplace or position requirements.

Requirements:

  • Forklift operator's competency is preferred.
  • Formal certification in relevant production activities is required.
  • Two years of experience in industrial environments is necessary.
  • Ability and willingness to work day and afternoon shifts, on a rotational basis if necessary.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend operating procedures, and communicate answers under test conditions.
  • A sound understanding of Manual Handling principles.
  • An appreciation of the implications relating to working within safety guidelines.
