Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Operations Specialist to support efficient production processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with operating and maintaining machines and equipment, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain various machines and equipment in accordance with established standards.
  • Perform installation, setup, and visual inspection of machines and tools.
  • Move materials and parts to and from work areas using forklifts or power lift trucks.
  • Monitor and address operational needs to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Assist in solving production and technical problems.
  • Read and follow route sheets, blueprints, and other work instructions.
  • Comply with all established safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines.

The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with computerized systems.
  • Forklift certification.
  • High school diploma or GED.
