About the Roles:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Facilities Manager to oversee hard and soft facilities management functions across assigned properties in Sydney CBD and Western Sydney.
  • Responsibilities will include managing preventative and reactive maintenance, conducting regular inspections to ensure assets are managed efficiently and compliantly.
  • Liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure efficient, high-quality maintenance and repairs is also a key responsibility.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities is essential.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in facilities management within commercial or retail environments is required.
  • A trade qualification is highly desirable.
  • You should have strong knowledge of building maintenance, operations, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and time management skills are also essential.

About Us:

Talent Web is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in Retail or Commercial owner-side facilities management and be interested in these temp roles across Sydney CBD and Western Sydney.
