As a Quality Associate, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of quality in our pharmaceutical products. Our team is collaborative and supportive, working together to maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • The release of compounded batches demands attention to detail and adherence to GMP guidelines.
  • You will be involved in investigations and root cause analysis of non-conformances, supplier complaints, and customer grievances.
  • Support risk assessment, change control, validation, internal audits, document reviews, CAPA, and recall activities.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to complete action items related to the above tasks.
  • Conduct training on Quality procedures and requirements.
  • Support Environmental Monitoring activities and perform quality assessments of quarantined incoming goods as required.

In this role, you will drive ongoing continuous improvement in Quality performance across the site and the business. You will identify key areas of focus and implement improvements to raise compliance and efficiency, while engaging with stakeholders to promote the Quality culture.
