Pharmacy Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Development: Laboratory technicians will undertake extensive research studies on compounded medicines, analyzing their physicochemical and biological properties.
  • Compliance and Quality: Team members must ensure ongoing compliant laboratory operations in a controlled GMP environment, maintaining high standards of quality records and workstation documentation.
  • Method Development: Specialists will support the development and validation of test methods and analytical techniques, contributing to the enhancement of laboratory processes.
  • Analysis and Record Keeping: Laboratory staff will perform routine and non-routine analysis related to stability studies of complex biological molecules and simple chemical compounds, accurately recording results and maintaining detailed records.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Theoretical Knowledge: A deep understanding of basic scientific principles and theories is essential for effective plate-based immunological methods like ELISA, protein binding assays, and chromatographic methods.
  • Technical Expertise: Candidates should have experience working with one or more of the following methods: ELISA, SDS-PAGE, UV-Vis, cell culture, and cell-based assays.
