We are seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of Senior Hospitality Service Leaders.

Job Description

Senior Hospitality Service Leaders will be responsible for managing food and beverage services in fast-paced retail environments. This will involve working closely with front-line staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe delivery of food and beverage services, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Work with employees to develop their food handling and customer service skills, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee qualifications, including RSA certification.
  • Implement effective preventive measures to mitigate food safety hazards.
  • Participate in recruitment and interview processes for hospitality roles, ensuring candidates meet required standards.
  • Manage employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to achieve high standards.
  • Foster a culture of quality customer service, encouraging staff to consistently deliver excellent experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. They should have a proven track record in managing food safety and quality, with experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Experience in managing teams in fast-paced retail environments.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
