Job Overview

This is a dynamic and hands-on role within a small, agile tech team focused on maintaining and improving our ICT environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving internal hardware, infrastructure, and software systems-related issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as a proactive and service-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support infrastructure, SaaS tools, domains, and desktop environments.
  • Perform regular cybersecurity checks and provide timely support for all IT-related issues.
  • Maintain the helpdesk ticket queue and report issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Deliver continuous improvements to ICT services and contribute to the growth of the tech team.
  • Support compliance with IT risk and security policies.
  • Manage upgrades, patches, and user accounts in accordance with established procedures.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Assist with internal and customer projects as required.
  • Keep the IT asset register up-to-date and provide user training as needed.

Technology Stack: AWS (primary cloud), with some Azure; Security tools include firewalls and endpoint protection.

Requirements:
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS, O365, and Azure AD.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
