Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
- Valid driver's license and insured private vehicle.
- Current Police Clearance and First Aid & CPR certification.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of aged care funding (CDC) and NDIS.
- Knowledge of hospital discharge processes.
