Requirements:

  • Diploma in Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
  • Valid driver's license and insured private vehicle.
  • Current Police Clearance and First Aid & CPR certification.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of aged care funding (CDC) and NDIS.
  • Knowledge of hospital discharge processes.
