- Take full ownership of park operations, including leadership, guest service, compliance, and performance management.
- Leading and supporting a team across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and services.
- Driving a positive, performance-focused culture and environment.
- Managing financial performance, profit and loss, and revenue opportunities.
- Ensuring the park is safe, clean, compliant, and welcoming for guests.
- Collaborating with internal teams including revenue, human resources, and marketing.
