We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a renowned resort in the stunning Flinders Ranges of South Australia.

About the Role- Lead the Culinary Team: You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing kitchen team, focusing on training, performance management, and creating a positive work environment.
- Culinary Innovation: Plan and develop menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients, ensuring our dishes reflect the region's unique flavors and presentation.
- Operations Management: Oversee electronic purchasing, cost management, and maintain HACCP compliance to ensure seamless day-to-day operations in our commercial kitchen.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Qualifications: Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent experience.
- Skillset: Strong experience in electronic purchasing, cost management, menu planning, and development, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
