Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple store development projects, from brand-new builds to strategic refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating project planning, scheduling, and tracking of key milestones and budgets.
  • Managing documentation such as agendas, reports, drawings, permits, contracts, and registers.
  • Liaising with internal teams, external contractors, centre management, and vendors.
  • Supporting quality assurance and assisting with risk identification and resolution.
  • Ensuring regular, clear communication across all stakeholders to maintain project momentum.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, ideally in retail, construction, or property.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel to store locations across ANZ during key delivery phases.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience using project management tools or software.
  • Familiarity with retail fit-outs or working with external vendors and contractors.
