About the Position

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a high-performing team of employment consultants, fostering a supportive work environment across multiple locations. This position plays a critical part in the Transition to Work program, operating on a full-time fixed-term basis until June 2025.

This role ensures that job seekers, clients, and stakeholders receive quality service provision. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Regional Manager to ensure that BUSY At Work exceeds Government key performance indicators and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities
  • Participate as a member of the senior leadership team, driving the implementation of Employment Services and Transition to Work strategies and activities in the region.
  • Lead and engage a team to achieve optimal results when working with job seekers.
  • Manage operations and performance related to service delivery.
