Our Behaviour Support Practitioner Team Manager role involves leading by example and modelling a small caseload of clients providing evidence-based psychological services in the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with individual team members weekly to support them in achieving their full potential, both personally and professionally.

This includes facilitating team meetings, analysing performance reports, and developing action plans to ensure compliance and excellence.

We are seeking a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with leadership qualities who is passionate about empowering and motivating clients and health professionals to reach their best.

A good coach with excellent communication skills, you will be able to bring teams together to achieve outstanding results.
