About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Professional to join our team of experienced educators. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a proven track record of providing high-quality care and education to young children. If you are an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about Early Childhood Education, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging and stimulating educational programs for children aged 0-5 years;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of center policies and procedures;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • A Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services;
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);
  • Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an Early Childhood setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A current Working with Children Check;
  • First Aid certification.
