Equipment Loader and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Equipment Loader and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, your primary responsibilities will include loading and unloading equipment, maintaining the cleanliness of our assets, inspecting equipment upon return from customers, refueling and performing minor repairs, assisting in stock control, and fostering relationships with key contractors.

This role is ideal for someone who possesses excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Loading and unloading equipment efficiently and safely
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of equipment and storage areas
  • Inspecting equipment upon return from customers to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Refueling and performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment
  • Assisting in maintaining effective stock control of equipment
  • Fostering positive relationships with key contractors and stakeholders
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A positive attitude and high regard for safety protocols
  • Possession of a valid forklift license
  • EWP license (highly regarded)
  • Current driver's license
  • Experience in loading and unloading equipment
  • Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
