Loader Operator Position

We are currently seeking a skilled Loader Operator to support mobile crushing operations in Ipswich and Brisbane. This role involves overseeing material stockpiles, loading trucks, and maintaining a clean work area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operating loaders to efficiently manage feed material and load out dump trucks for transportation.
  • Maintaining optimal stockpile areas by pulling material away from crushers.
  • Performing daily pre-starts and basic maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Collaborating with the mobile crew to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience operating heavy machinery, specifically loaders such as the CAT 980.
  • A valid Medical Certificate (MMQ).
  • Possession of a White Card for construction industry compliance.
  • Ability to work independently, following instructions and contributing to team goals.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and reliability.
