About the Role
The Property and Facilities Coordinator is a key position at T2 Tea, responsible for ensuring the maintenance of all T2 controlled facilities to agreed health, safety, and operational standards. This role will optimize the shopping and working environment for customers, visitors, and T2 teams, while also ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and fulfillment of property-related lease requirements globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Leasing Manager in completing lease administration requirements for new store openings, temporary pop-ups, temporary kiosks, lease renewals, store relocations, closures, and other new store formats.
- Maintain all T2 controlled facilities to agreed health, safety, and operational standards.
- Ensure all T2 locations comply with legal requirements.
- Ensure all contractors and suppliers perform to the required standard.
