Job Title: Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team in providing high-quality support to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing Person-Centered Support: Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Maintaining a Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients by maintaining accurate records, reporting incidents, and participating in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
  • A WWVP Card is required for this role.
  • A Current Police Check and Medication Certification are also mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate will have a current First Aid certification and an NDIS Module qualification.
  • A Driver's License is necessary for travel between locations.

A certificate in Disability Support is highly regarded, and lived experience is also an advantage.

We offer a flexible roster, including early mornings, afternoons, weekends, sleepovers, and split shifts. Immediate start available for the right candidates.
