Transport Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our dynamic transport team as a Transport Operations Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the efficient management of all facets of our transport operations.

  • Meticulously coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Effectively manage staff rosters to maintain optimal productivity levels.
  • Minimise stock losses by understanding and investigating inventory movements.
  • Drive the highest standard of safety and cleanliness, reporting any incidents, hazards or near misses to ensure team member safety.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence at every opportunity.
