Security Professional Opportunity

The ASRM group is seeking experienced and non-experienced licensed security professionals to provide high-level service to clients by responding efficiently to incidents.

Reporting to the Operations team, you will offer professional security and customer service to retail stores in Melbourne.

To be successful, you must bring top-level professionalism and customer service to your role, representing a great company and working at a well-known brand.

Key responsibilities include ensuring visitors comply with entry conditions, responding to incidents using conflict resolution tools, and providing visual security presence.

You will need to hold a current Victorian Private Security individual license, demonstrate strong communication skills, and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.

Our recruitment process includes a phone conversation, face-to-face interview, selection, formal offer, induction, and more.

  • Ensure visitors comply with venue/site rules
  • Respond to incidents while always using conflict resolution and de-escalation tools
  • Provide a high-quality visual security presence
  • Demonstrate knowledge and competence in emergency procedures
  • Be willing to undertake additional site training
