Retail Security Officer
  • This is a challenging yet rewarding position requiring you to be proactive, energetic, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

Due to the continued expansion of our business, we are seeking experienced retail security officers for various sites across Melbourne.

About this role:
  • You will be responsible for providing a visible security presence to protect client sites and resolving incidents promptly and safely.
  • You must demonstrate approachability and strong customer service skills when engaging with the public, visitors, and clients.
Requirements:
  • You must have a current Victorian Private Security Licence, First Aid Certificate, and own transport and Victorian driver's license.
  • Australian citizenship or the right to work in Australia is also required.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is necessary.
  • You must be able to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
