Project Director Role
">Representing organizational needs in significant investments for major events venues, this role involves representing our interests in new developments and revitalizations of existing sports stadiums.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Represent the organization's interests in new developments and revitalizations of existing sports stadiums;
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals and objectives;
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard;
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and local government representatives;
- Monitor and report on project progress and finances;
- Liaise with state and federal governments to ensure alignment with their policies and procedures;
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry;
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff to achieve project goals;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, consultants, and other external partners;
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems;
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines;
- Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting, and contract management;
