About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, including personal care, medication administration, and support with daily living activities.

You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that residents receive holistic care that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in aged care.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Certificate III in Individual Support or related field.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Experience working in aged care or a related field (preferable).
