Available Departments:

Crop Management

  • Training plants to grow effectively using support systems
  • Pruning to enhance fruit quality and yield
  • Adjusting plant height for optimal harvesting
  • Removing leaves to promote healthy growth and visibility of fruit
  • Additional tasks may include crop spraying and pest identification
  • This role is conducted in a greenhouse setting

Production

  • Harvesting fruits to meet quality and efficiency standards
  • Packing fruits while adhering to quality control measures

Nursery Operations

  • Grafting various plant species onto rootstock
  • Performing nursery tasks such as:
    • Supporting and securing seedlings
    • Transplanting seedlings
    • Establishing new crops according to industry standards
    • Conducting plant variety trials
    • Preparing plants for distribution
  • Assisting in the seasonal transition of crops
  • Monitoring and assessing crop health
