Executive Chef

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food, meeting dietary requirements, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Your expertise will be essential in menu planning, food presentation, and ensuring exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food to meet dietary requirements and presentation specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Oversee kitchen operations and maintain a clean and organized environment Plan and discuss menu ideas with management Ensure food and other items are stored correctly Monitor portion control and production flow Check quality of ingredients and adhere to WHS standards. Requirements: Relevant qualifications and at least 3 years of experience in commercial cookery Knowledge of safe food handling procedures and relevant qualifications Ability to work in a team environment and individually Positive and proactive attitude
