About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bras N Things Canberra City Store.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours a week across a Sunday-Thursday roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example by creating memorable and empowering customer connections
  • Assist in the training and development of the team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs
  • Previous experience with the execution of Visual Merchandising in-store
  • Manage high stock volumes and process deliveries
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks
