About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an Assistant Store Manager to lead our team at Sportscraft Canberra Store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in maximising store performance through team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control. Your focus will be on delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive store performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Train, develop, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and craft efficient rosters
  • Ensure operational excellence through stock control and visual merchandising
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
