Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of premium retail and eCommerce products for Qantas Loyalty. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive business outcomes through user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business requirements and user needs
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are intuitive, consistent, and accessible
  • Drive UX strategy and interaction design to create engaging and inspiring products
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong background in user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and visual design
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of technical requirements
  • Experience working with agile methodologies, design systems, and collaboration tools
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, including case studies and testimonials
