Job Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic, safe, and quality care to residents consistent with our Mission, Philosophy, and Values.
  • Assist residents to live an active and meaningful life as independently as possible.
  • Be a team-player with excellent communication skills who is able to liaise with care staff, family members, doctors, and the management team.
  • Excellent reporting skills to complete necessary compulsory reporting, progress notes, and incident reporting.
  • Comprehensive clinical skills.
  • A passion for providing professional, holistic care.

Requirements:

  • Completion of tertiary qualifications in nursing, healthcare, or similar (Bachelor of Nursing).
  • Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
  • Previous experience working within a residential aged care facility in a similar role as Registered Nurse.
  • Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Check (NDISWSC).
  • Commitment to obtaining COVID vaccination.
  • Driving licence and own car (preferred).
