About the Role

We are looking for Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering person-centered care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. As a Registered Nurse with Estia Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can grow and develop your skills and career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lend a hand with daily life, ensuring our residents feel heard and are safe
  • Recognize each resident as unique and enable them to live the best life they can
  • Identify change in residents' needs and preferences and escalate to the clinical team
  • Deliver person-centered care, respecting our residents' routines and choices
  • Support residents to remain active physically and mentally

  • Empathy and compassion for the elderly and the challenges they face
  • Strong initiative and the ability to complete tasks efficiently
  • Ahpra Registration and Relevant Qualifications
