About the Role

You will play a key role in ensuring the success of supported employment programs by providing high-level support, leadership, and guidance. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of committed professionals in supporting employees with disabilities or other barriers to employment, overseeing case management, training, behavioural support, and goal development, as well as contributing to operational compliance, efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of committed professionals in supporting employees with disabilities or other barriers to employment to succeed in their careers.
  • Oversee induction, goal development, and plan preparation.
  • Ensure effective use of resources and align workforce planning with business needs.
  • Mentor and guide professionals in person-centred, rights-based employment supports, including complex case management, behaviour support, and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Lead learning and professional development across the site, including training of professionals, training of employees, and ensuring compliance with changing requirements.
  • Lead business improvement processes for all professionals, identifying and implementing innovative and effective solutions to processes, policies, and procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field
  • Desirable Qualification of bachelor’s degree in social work or similar preferred
  • Experience in disability support, social work, adult education, or supported employment
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and industry standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office and client safety systems
  • Willingness to obtain required certifications
