About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day management of technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring integration of project activities to complete projects on time and within budget, and meeting required quality standards. With an ability to understand the critical path on the project, you will identify key construction methodologies and collaborate with project staff, design teams, and subcontractors to develop an agreed plan to avoid delaying the project.

You will be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well-organized, and committed to maintaining the highest possible work standards and safety protocols. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical aspects of project delivery
  • Ensure integration of project activities
  • Develop and implement project plans
  • Collaborate with project staff, design teams, and subcontractors
  • Maintain high work standards and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in construction industry, including building experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Managed engineering disciplines and subcontractors on projects ranging from $40M - $75M
  • Demonstrated commercial experience, including planning up to 4 weeks ahead and weekly against cost and time
  • Demonstrable understanding of safety, health, and environment best practices

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
