Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Coordinator to join our team on the Cross River Rail project in Brisbane.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction professional to work on one of South East Queensland's largest infrastructure projects. As a Senior Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing engineering support to assist in the delivery of successful project outcomes for a large-scale underground station site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring key construction requirements to ensure they are achieved in line with agreed specifications.
  • Managing work conducted on site by subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Implementing prompt and safe corrective action on site if required.
  • Maintaining all relevant project document control and records.
Requirements
  • A recognised degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Demonstrated site experience coordinating subcontractors, preferably in a large-scale building or infrastructure project environment.
  • Ability to apply engineering principles to comply with scope of works and technical criteria.
  • Experienced in overseeing subcontractor safety, quality and progress to achieve desired project outcomes.
