**Job Role Overview**

Support schools in their school maintenance planning, by providing administrative backing for various programs and projects, including coordinating responses to stakeholder inquiries and developing supportive communications resources.

Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct support to schools during the development of their school maintenance plans;
  • Updating School Maintenance Plans (SMPs) through video calls with schools;
  • Coordinating and managing responses to stakeholder inquiries;
  • Developing communications materials and supporting resources to aid school staff in their roles;
  • Responding to requests for information from senior departmental officials;
  • Providing general administrative assistance for ongoing programs and initiatives.
