The Position:
  • Establish trusted relationships across the organization, delivering expert HR advice and support.
  • Design and implement strategic people plans that improve employee engagement, performance, and change readiness.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
  • Coach and develop managers and leaders to enhance their people management skills and leadership effectiveness.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, performance issues, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner (aged care, NDIS or community services experience preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, Fair Work Act, and sector-specific compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, providing confident advice to managers and employees.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
