Job Overview

About the Role

As a Trauma Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and contributing to the development of skills among multidisciplinary staff. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care, from initial assessment to discharge.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. You will be expected to participate in regular quality and safety activities, as well as ongoing education and research initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent)
  • Registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner
  • Clinical experience in trauma medicine and strong analytical skills
  • Past experience in teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate medical staff

Estimate Salary Range: $87,934 - $152,416 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
