Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Senior Leadership Team at our Rolleston Open Cut mine in Central Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the effective implementation of our HR strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business and a trusted HR generalist
  • Involved in various HR strategies and initiatives, including coaching and supporting frontline leaders, IR/ER management, facilitating investigations, and contributing to events that promote employee and community well-being
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in human resources with a focus on leadership and strategic planning
  • Proven track record of success in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
