Role Summary:

We are seeking a qualified mental health professional to provide support to veterans and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake, triage, risk assessments, and brief interventions via phone
  • Provide immediate clinical support and coordinate referrals
  • Maintain accurate client records and risk management plans
  • Follow clinical practice policies, ethical guidelines, and legislation
  • Engage in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development

About the Role:

The successful applicant will have relevant registration/membership and experience in mental health service delivery. Strong clinical judgement, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage crisis situations are also essential.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
  • Current Working with Children / Vulnerable People clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, AASW, PACFA, or ACA
