We're seeking a visionary Executive Talent Partner to join our team. As a strategic recruiter, you'll architect and execute talent strategies that enhance our leadership hiring approach.

Job Description:

Develop in-depth talent and market mapping to provide a comprehensive overview of the competitive landscape.

Build and nurture pipelines of high-caliber, passive executive talent through sophisticated research, networking, and data-driven engagement strategies.

Manage the full lifecycle of executive searches, from defining role requirements with senior stakeholders to offer negotiation and closing.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition role, with a demonstrable track record of successfully hiring executive-level talent.

  • A deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques, including company and candidate-based research.

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate talent and market data into actionable recruitment strategies.

  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with senior executives.

  • A high level of digital literacy and a natural curiosity for exploring and implementing new ways of working.
