Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist injured workers with their injury management and return to work plans.

The successful candidate will have experience in case management, workers compensation and/or allied health environment, as well as strong influencing skills and written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively set expectations, communicate and educate injured workers and their employers
  • Work in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to work
  • Ensure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy
  • Meet and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes
