Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Injury Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with injured workers and their employers to manage their return to work journey.

 

  • Effectively communicate and educate injured workers and their employers on the return to work process.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

 

  • Experience in case management, workers compensation, and/or allied health environment.
  • Strong influencing skills, paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high degree of resilience and a positive approach to challenges.
  • A collaborative and person-centred approach to your work.
