Lead Property Manager

A key role has become available within our real estate agency in Brisbane, seeking a seasoned Lead Property Manager to oversee the property management team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting the Property Management team
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in policies, procedures, and software
  • Providing regular training and guidance to the team
  • Managing challenging/sensitive matters with professionalism and confidence
  • Overseeing department operations ensuring compliance and smooth workflow

  • Positive and results-driven attitude
  • Experience leading a Property Management team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in property-related software
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
