About the Role:We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality care to children and families in the community. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Case managing a portfolio of direct care paediatric clients;
- Ensuring client-centred, individualised care and positive client outcomes;
- Coordinating and supporting the provision of comprehensive multi-disciplinary care;
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with staff, clients, and their support network;
- Actively attracting and retaining health and support staff for our team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse;
- Relevant experience in paediatric care and community health;
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail;
- A passion for providing quality health care and community support;
- Current, unrestricted driver's licence;
- Current police clearance, WWCC, and other clearances required;
- Ability to coordinate and lead a team.
