Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at SA Health. As a key member of our nursing and midwifery division, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver nursing and midwifery care to patients in accordance with our organization's standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical policies and guidelines.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare staff on women's and children's health topics.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse and/or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing consumer-centered care and contributing to a culture of excellence within our organization.
