Key Responsibilities
  • Valuation and financial reporting of infrastructure assets.
  • Data management and maintenance of infrastructure assets.
  • Statutory and reporting of infrastructure assets.
  • Supporting the development of the annual 5 Year Capital Works Program.
  • Documenting strategic asset management systems & processes.
Requirements

Experience in asset and works management processes is essential, along with strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in training municipal infrastructure and local government is highly regarded.

Applicants must hold a current driver's licence.

A tertiary qualification in or significant progress towards Asset Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Spatial Sciences, or another Strategic Asset Management relevant field is desirable.
