
Expert Customer Advocate

As a Claims Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing empathetic support to ensure customers feel understood, reassured, and well cared for during challenging times. This role involves managing your own claims portfolio as the main point of contact for approximately 40 customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer claims and guide them through the process of procuring a new vehicle
- Use proactive communication and sound decision-making to understand and address customer needs, resolve issues, and advocate on their behalf when necessary
- Support our motor strategy by helping deliver on the promise of getting customers back behind the wheel with minimal delay
- Proactively work to achieve KPIs and high-level customer outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A customer-first mindset with genuine passion for customers and ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Experience in insurance; prior portfolio management experience is highly regarded
- Resilience and emotional intelligence; ability to support customers through emotional situations
- Strong decision-making skills and judgment to find practical solutions and move things forward
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and deliver great service within timeframes
- Adaptability; thrives in dynamic, evolving environments
