Children's Home Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a children's home in Tamworth.
Key Responsibilities- To manage the day-to-day operations and ensure that all young people's needs are being met.
- To safeguard and promote the welfare and development of all our young people, recognising changes in behaviour that may require updates to individual risk assessments/care plans.
- To maintain a safe environment by ensuring that staffing levels meet the needs of the young people.
- At least 2 years experience in residential childcare with a proven track record of providing high-quality care and support.
- OFSTED experience is essential, as well as Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent.
- A full UK driving licence and clear DBS check are also required.
