Care and Support Professional

This role requires a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a children's home, ensuring the well-being and safety of our young residents.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in residential childcare and possess leadership and management skills to safeguard and promote the welfare of our young residents.
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential childcare.
- Previous experience working with OFSTED is essential.
- A Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management or equivalent qualification is required.
- Full UK Driving licence is mandatory.
- A clear DBS check is necessary for this position.
As a Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff rotas, supervising support workers, and undertaking regular supervisions. You will also assist with interviews and safer recruitment checks, while maintaining a safe environment for our young people.

- Respond proactively to safeguarding concerns and follow correct processes.
