We're on the hunt for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Deputy Head of Project Delivery. As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

As a Deputy Head of Project Delivery, you'll work closely with our team of project managers, web developers, and business analysts to ensure that every project is completed on time, within scope, and meets our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages team members to achieve their best.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks associated with project delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources across projects to ensure optimal use of talent and tools.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a track record of successful delivery.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
