We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill key roles at our operations.
About the RoleThe position offers attractive rates and conditions, including a 7 on / 7 off rotating roster, flights paid for by us, long-term contracts, training and growth opportunities, and exciting projects in Queensland.
- Supervisors:
Proven experience with In-Seam Directional Drilling is essential.
A thorough understanding of Mining Operations and Site Regulations is required.
Previous experience in a Lead or Supervisory role is preferred.
Excellent people and safety management skills are crucial.
The ability to drive a safe, strong and supportive workplace culture is necessary.
- Drillers:
A current Generic Underground Induction is mandatory.
Proven experience as a Driller in an underground coal mining environment is desired.
An excellent safety record and strong commitment in all areas of WHS is expected.
Ability to work on varied rosters and shift structures is essential.
- Offsiders:
Prior sign-off as an underground unaccompanied worker is required.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety is imperative.
Physical fitness and proven ability to work in a physically demanding role for entire shifts, under pressure is necessary.
Demonstrated team player with a strong work ethic is desirable.
